CiteMatch for Word
Check the brief you already have open.
CiteMatch checks quoted words and citations against retrieved source text inside Microsoft Word. Every result includes a receipt. No generative model decides whether a quote is verified.
Prelaunch access is invite-only. $19 monthly or $199 annually after a seven-day card-backed trial when public checkout opens.
The statute requires an affirmative act constituting an evasion or attempted evasion of tax. 26 U.S.C. § 7201.
Local document text
Your brief remains inside Word.
Narrow source requests
Only the citation details needed to find the source are sent.
Fixed verdicts
No AI decides whether the quoted words match.
The workflow
One review path, without leaving Word.
Open the pane, connect the computer once, run a review, and work through the receipts. Unsupported sources stay visibly unresolved.
- 01Read locallyCiteMatch identifies quotations and citations in the open Word document.
- 02Retrieve narrowlyCiteMatch sends citation details, not surrounding prose.
- 03Compare word for wordRetrieved text is compared against the quoted words on the device.
- 04Show the evidenceEach result records the source path, matched passage, and unresolved limits.
Result semantics
Uncertainty stays visible.
CiteMatch does not turn missing evidence into a positive result. Ambiguous quote-to-citation linkage is shown for review before the word-for-word comparison.
- verified
- The retrieved source text matches the quoted words CiteMatch checked.
- mismatch
- The retrieved source uses different words. Review the quote and source.
- not_found
- The supported lookup path did not find the cited source.
- unverifiable
- CiteMatch could not retrieve enough source text to perform the check.
Privacy boundary
Your document is not a support ticket or a telemetry event.
Document text remains local. Hosted systems process account, device, entitlement, billing, support, security, aggregate funnel, and structured source-request data. Customer documents are not used for training.
Read the exact data-handling policyLocal model notice
Narrow assistance, never a verdict.
The protected release may download roughly 1 GB once to help link an ambiguous quote to one of the citations already found in the document. It may choose a supplied candidate or abstain. No AI decides whether the quoted words match. Unsupported hardware falls back without inventing a result.
