Credit is based on unused whole days between your CiteMatch start date and the paid-through date on your current subscription. Each day is valued at the CiteMatch monthly price divided by 30. For example, 30 eligible unused days produce $19 in credit; 90 days reach the $57 cap.
The redacted receipt should show the subscription, purchaser, and paid-through date. Remove payment details and unrelated information before sending it. Verified credit applies to future CiteMatch subscription invoices. See the offer details for eligibility and timing.
