An individual subscription permits two active installations. Revoke a retired computer in Account before connecting a replacement. More than three self-service replacements in 30 days requires human review.
The optional aid is not downloaded during an ordinary review. Settings shows an explicit Download about 1 GB action. It runs on this computer, may choose one supplied citation candidate or abstain, and never decides whether quoted words match. Unsupported computers keep the word-for-word review.
Cancel from Account and billing or the payment-provider portal. Renewal stops, while access continues through the current paid term unless that term is fully refunded.
Open Account, choose a reason category, and submit the request. A qualifying voluntary full refund within 14 days is automatic. Statutory, service-failure, disputed, partial, and exceptional requests receive human review. Account shows the current status.
Record the operating system, Word version, CiteMatch version, product step, time, and visible error state. Do not send a document, client name, quotation, citation list, source key, or payment credential.
CiteMatch is not a citator and does not determine good law, proposition support, context, strategy, or filing readiness. Unavailable and unsupported sources require independent review.
